AI use statement

How we use AI in our own work and in what we build for clients, responsibly and with people in control.

Last updated: 29/10/2026

Our principles

  • People stay accountable. AI drafts, sorts and analyses. A person reviews and approves anything that affects customers, money or published content.
  • Your data is protected. We use business-grade AI services whose terms state they do not use customer data to train their models. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
  • You know when you are talking to AI. When you call us or ask us to call you, the first conversation is with our AI assistant. It says so at the start, the call is recorded and transcribed and a person from our team reviews it and follows up.
  • Least access. AI tools are given only the data and permissions they need to do their job.
  • Transparency. We tell clients which AI services a tool uses and what data it handles.
  • You own the result. Tools, prompts, documentation and data we create for you belong to you.

How we use AI in our own work

We use AI to research businesses before calls, to transcribe and map processes and to analyse ad accounts and website data. It also helps us draft reports and content. Every finding and recommendation is checked by our team before it reaches a client.

How we use AI in what we build

We build chatbots, AI call answering, automations and content tools that use AI services from established providers. Before launch, we test each tool against real examples and set clear rules about what it may do. We also build in a hand-over to a person when it is unsure. AI phone assistants introduce themselves as virtual assistants. Callers can ask for a person at any time.

Content on this website

We use AI tools to help research and draft content, including on this website. All content is reviewed and edited by our team, who are responsible for its accuracy.

Limits

AI can make mistakes. That is why our tools are designed with human checks and why we do not use AI to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
