SecretCop.com grew out of decades of running and advising digital agencies. Before SecretCop.com, our founders built and scaled Chilli Zone, a full-service Birmingham digital agency, from 2002 to 2019. At its peak they led a team of 35 specialists across SEO, paid search, social, web development and conversion.
SecretCop.com works differently. We are a small, senior-led consultancy: you deal directly with the people who have that experience. When a project needs more hands, we bring in trusted specialist partners. No layers of account managers, no junior handovers.
That experience revealed a pattern. Businesses did not fail online because they lacked an agency or a tool. They struggled because nobody had looked at the whole picture: the people, the processes, the spend and the systems. So we built Know Your Domain, a structured method for mapping a business’s digital operations and fixing what holds it back.
AI has changed what that method can do. Mapping and analysis that once took months now takes weeks. Many of the fixes we used to recommend can now be built and automated. So we rebuilt Know Your Domain around AI and became an AI agency for SMEs.
